How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching is a collaborative relationship that offers clients strategies for positive change in a nonjudgemental, supportive environment. Together, we create new behaviors to successfully manage the ADHD challenges in your life. If you're feeling frustrated, overwhelmed or stuck, then coaching can help you.

Interested in Moving Forward with Student Coaching?

Step 1 - Schedule a 10 minute phone call or Zoom meeting. We will use this time to hear what you are wanting from coaching and to answer any questions you have. Please email Julie@MoveForward-Coaching.com to schedule.

Step 2 - If you choose to proceed with coaching, we will schedule an Intake Session. This session will be a little longer than our weekly sessions but it's important to me to get a good idea of exactly what you're wanting to gain from coaching and how I can support you.

Step 3 - We meet on a video call one time weekly working on the topic of your choice. We continue to work together until you reach your desired outcome.
