30 Day Challenge
Happy 2017! I hope the new year is off to a great start for you!
Feeling like you're stuck? The new year is a great time for new beginnings. I recently watched a TED Talk featuring Matt Cutts. He speaks of trying something new for 30 days. His 30 day challenges include biking to work, taking a picture each day and writing a novel. Can you imagine writing a novel in 30 days? What an accomplishment! He states that his confidence grew as a result of his 30 day challenges. He became more adventurous and even climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
Is there something new you would like to add to your life? 30 days is a good amount of time to create a new habit. You can do anything for 30 days, right? I want to encourage you to try something new this year that will add value to your life. You will probably need to re-arrange your schedule and possibly edit out a current activity. Some of the new things may stick for longer than 30 days. Some may not but at least you've given it a shot.
